Orizon ended 2022 with net revenue of R$ 720 million, considering the pro forma volume of carbon credits, a rise of 65% compared to 2021. The Adjusted Ebitda, meanwhile, was R$ 312.4 million, with a 43.4% margin. The Gross Debt reached the sum of R$ 1.01 billion at the end of 2022, an increase of 82% against the balance of R$ 556.2 million reported at the end of 2021. The increased debt was due principally to the issuing of new debentures used to fund the Company's expansion plan, including the increase in the number of assets, which involved the consolidation of nine new sanitary landfills, the first of our own initiatives in the production of biomethane and renewable energy using biogas, and the start of the operation of the largest recyclables recovery plant in Latin America, in Jaboatão dos Guararapes. The Company ended the year with a pro forma Ebitda of R$ 312.4 million
