Maharashtra was first to Launch Logistics Policy in 2018, to
promote concept of Logistics Park and Integrated Logistics Park
Policy aimed to upgrade traditional warehousing, improve
efficiency and reduce logistic costs while ensuring connectivity. And
envisages at least 25 integrated multi-modal logistics parks and
100 logistics parks across the State.
Integrated Logistics Park (ILP): Land with minimum 5 acre and 15
meter access road is eligible to utilize 70% of notified area as ILP
Logistics Park (LP): With minimum of 20,000 Sqft. Built up area
with base FSI will be designated as LP to utilize 70% of notified area
Policy provides other additional benefits in Floor Space Index;
Higher Ground Coverage; Relaxation on Zone and height
restrictions; Power at Industrial Rate; Critical Infrastructure
Support; Single Window Clearance
