Betterware's sales force is divided in two groups,
Distributors and Associates
Sales force is incentivized by: i) discounts on products price;
and, ii) earning Betterware Points through sales &
recruiting. Betterware points are exchangeable for rewards
products that are not part of company sales
Distributors are the link between the company and its
Associates and are divided into 3 levels according to
performance (Master, Leader and Basic)
