(1) The Function of the Tribunal is to enforce the rights conferred on persons by this Act 8.(1) Remedy for a person whose right has been infringed, is only by way of a complaint to the tribunal 9. (1) the tribunal may issue a summons 10. A person may be represented by a) Legal counsel b) A representative of a trade union or an employers association, or c) Any other person whom he desires to represent him 11. Except in cases of sexual Harassment 12. Members of the tribunal are ported against law suits
