Big Revolutions.Ⓡ Dr. Annasaheb Shinde Memorial Award presented to Jain Irrigation. 07-Jan-2024 Jalgaon: Pioneer of Green Revolution Dr. Annasaheb Shinde Memorial Award was presented to Jain Irrigation System Ltd. Ashok Jain, Chairman of the Company accepted the award during the birth centenary celebrations of Sahakar Maharshi Bhausaheb Thorat. On the occasion of the birth centenary of Sahakar Maharshi Bhausaheb Thorat, various programs and award ceremony were organized at Sangamner. Former Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan presided over the program while Maharashtra Congress in-charge Ramesh Chennithala, Karnataka Minister HK Patil, Congress Legislature Party Leader Balasaheb Thorat, MLA Jitendra Awad, Bhaskar Jadhav, former Legislative Council Member Dr. Dignitaries including Sudhir Tambe were present. On this occasion, the award was distributed by dignitaries. The awards are in the form of a shawl, a certificate, a cheque of one lakh. Good response to ‘हायटेक शेतीचा नवा हुंकार' at Jain Hills On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Padma Shri Bhawarlalji Jain, the founder of Jain Irrigation, the "Hi-Tech Agriculture Festival" was organized by Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. at the Agricultural Research and Development Center on Jain Hills from 10 December 2023 to 22 January 2024. More than 61,000 farmers, agricultural experts, and researchers from various parts of the country, including the state of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Andhra Pradesh have visited the exhibition.
