We adopt anti-corruption policies and disclose their content to all employees, including
executives and board members, who receive training and communication on the subject
in order to ensure that the actions and decisions in the professional environment are
guided by ethics. Our commitment is to fight any form of corruption, fraud, bribery,
favoritism, influence peddling, extortion, money laundering, and kickbacks in our internal
relationships and relationships with suppliers, partners, or government officials. Therefore,
all operations exposed to the relationship with public agencies, including the Environment,
Legal, Human Resources, External Relations and Procurement departments, are considered
in the assessment of corruption risk: in 2020, 100% of our operations were assessed for
risks related to corruption.
