Context

In March 2022, the Group became aware that BBPLC2 had issued securities
materially in excess of the amount registered under its shelf registration
statement filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
To reflect the impact of the Over-issuance of Securities, Barclays PLC and
BBPLC each amended their annual report on Form 20-F
