Appendix - ESG update
o Costa will continue to develop our sustainability reporting and strive to be a leader in establishing benchmarks for the global agricultural industry.
o In our 2020 Sustainability Report we further progressed our adoption of the Taskforce on Climate - related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) and committed to
a number of United Nations Development Goals that we believe are reflective of and complement our own Sustainable Commercial Farming principles.
Our aim in CY22 is to establish quantitative targets and further develop our reporting of key metrics as they relate to energy consumption, water use and
waste.
