QEC at UCP is not only working to assure and enhance the quality of education across university but also strives to continually improve stakeholder satisfaction of all administrative and support offices. In line with UCP Vision, revised Mission and Chairman's message, in April 2021, Director QEC presented Five Strategic Pillars to the UCP Deans, Directors and Senior Management. Based on these pillars and with the aim of strengthening components of UCP Strategic Educational Management, University wide and Faculty wise Strategic Plans were prepared by Deans. Focusing on organizational learning and pedagogical leadership initiatives, One Drive Tracking Management systems have been put in place by the Department of Policy, Planning and Implementation (DPPI) for efficiently monitoring the outcomes of these Faculty wise Strategic Plans. UCP top management has applied structured methods for providing strategic support to all faculty deans in achieving their Annual Strategic Plans. The Quality Enhancement Cell has since been involved in overseeing the planning and implementation of the strategic pillars into faculty wise Strategic Plans, revision of UCP mission, New Faculty Orientation as well as Student Orientation for Fall 2021 Admission cycle, with a focus on reiterating UCP Vision, Mission, Values and Classroom Contract.
