32 ESG Oversight & Integration Our Board of Directors vested the Audit Committee with oversight over Environmental and Social matters. Oversight for Governance resides with the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. Sustainability Committee has been created to implement the Company's ESG goals and ensure they are fully integrated into the business strategy. Compensation Committee incorporates key ESG-centric goals into Executive Management variable pay awards to further align ESG into business strategy.
