Both were impacted by Covid-19-related disruptions in the GCR
throughout 2022, particularly severe in March-May and 4Q 2022

A two-speed world. Excluding GCR, growth was healthy double-
digit (+42.0%), with the ZEGNA One Brand strategy well received
and Thom Browne benefitting from growing internationalization
and footprint expansion. 4Q was also strong ex-GCR at +24.7% YoY
