Online booking fee, which was introduced on June 15, 2022, generated $5.2 million

Box office revenues per patron was $13.06, up 21.0% from Q4 2019
Concession revenues per patron was $8.93, up 31.1% from Q4 2019
Reported all-time quarterly record adjusted EBITDAAL in both the P1AG and Location-Based
Entertainment business
Media revenues increased 35.9% to $44.6 million during the fourth quarter compared to the prior year
period
Officially welcomed Empire Company Limited to the Scene+ loyalty program as a co-owner in 2022
Initiated phased retail roll-out across Canada starting in Q3 with Atlantic and Western Canada, and
Ontario in Q4
Home Hardware Stores Limited will also be joining Scene+ as loyalty partners sometime next summer
Generated positive net income of $10.2 million compared to negative $21.8 million in the prior year
period
Generated a positive adjusted EBITDAAL of $31.2 million compared to $20.2 million in the prior year

Generated $1.7 million of adjusted free cash flow compared to negative $1.0 million in the prior year
