Ethics, integrity, and compliance

VITTIA
Our Integrity Program includes resources and
tools for monitoring and dealing with situations
related to integrity and compliance aspects,
including the application of training and
periodic evaluations. Training is carried out
according to need, at least once a year.
Code of Ethical Conduct and
Ethics Manual

individual differences, laws, ethical principles
and our organizational culture.
Our Code of Ethical Conduct is dynamic, it is
constantly being evaluated and developed. If
there is a need to make changes, these are
analyzed by the Ethics Committee, which meets
in order to deliberate on possible changes to
the Code, annually. In 2022, the Code was
updated, adding new topics and guidelines.
All of our employees know and are trained on
the content of the Code of Ethical Conduct at
the time of their hiring; directors, at the time of
their election. In addition, whenever there are
updates to the Code's content, it is again
publicized and made available to all. Tips on the
Code are also constantly disclosed in actions
and internal communication vehicles.

We have a Code of Ethical Conduct, the
guidelines of which are found in the Ethics
Manual, which is applicable and distributed to
all members of the Management bodies, other
employees and interns, partners, service
providers and suppliers.
The document addresses the standards of
behavior, performance and attitudes expected
in matters such as relationships in the work
environment, relationships with customers,
suppliers, competitors, and public bodies, in
addition to guidelines on ethical conduct in
