The Walker's Bluff Casino in Illinois opened in August 2023. The casino increased competition for the Company's Missouri casinos, primarily its Cape Girardeau casino. While management believes it has mitigated this
competition this new casino could have a negative impact on the Company's results of operations in Missouri.
