4. A person who is not a resident person shall not have an aggregate land holding (a) in excess of five acres; or b) having a shore frontage in excess of 165 feet, measured in a line following the general trend of the shore frontage, unless the person first receives permission to do so from the Lieutenant Governor in Council. AND 5. A corporation shall not have an aggregate land holding (a) in excess of five acres; or (b) having a shore frontage in excess of 165 feet, measured in a line following the general trend of the shore frontage, unless it first receives permission to do so from the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
