Living our values Our values guide our actions and decisions, fostering a sense of community, belonging and a shared purpose, to support the health and wellbeing of Western Australians. Our values articulate the culture we strive towards - purposeful, caring, collaborative, open and outcome-focused. In 2023, the annual Your Voice in Health employee engagement survey was conducted, providing a platform for employees to share opinions about their workplace. Results from the survey highlight how our staff are living our values.
