SBERBANK 7 1861 The Moscow Public Museum was founded in Moscow. Later the library of the museum was the basis for the organisation of the Russian State Library, the largest Russian public library nowadays. 170 YEARS. Savings banks were established at all offices and departments of the State Bank.
