How does FGS present? • Common symptoms of FGS can be quite general to other gynecological diseases, including vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding, vaginal discomfort and pain during sex • Since symptoms mimic sexually transmitted disease, it is thus misdiagnosed and untreated.
