We can reduce our exposure to price fluctuations by improving our energy efficiency, ultimately reducing the operating cost of our assets. Incorporating energy efficiency considerations into the design and construction of our assets can also help reduce our tenants' energy needs and lower GHG emissions. To measure our progress, we compared the results of 2021 against those of 2019 (our base year).
