(a) THE NUMBER OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY CASES FOR WHICH COUNSEL FROM THE OFFICE IS

Every case involves a conflict of interest because the only way an OADC contract
attorney may be appointed to represent a youth is when the public defender's office
has declared a conflict of interest.
