RHIND IPLTech Electric 5536 HR/55/TC/2019/64/3 INDIA'S FIRST ELECTRIC TRUCK- IPLT RHINO 5536 TI Clean Mobility Pvt Ltd (TICMPL) acquired 65.2% equity stake in IPLT on 21st Sept'22. Consequently, IPLT became a subsidiary of TICMPL.
