4.0 An Appraisal of the FGN Budget.../10 4.3 PEFA Assessment Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) is a tool for assessing the status of country public financial management. It was established principally by the IMF, World Bank and European Commission. Following tables show Nigeria's latest preliminary PEFA Assessment.
