Growth is Now Mainly Driven by the Non-Oil Sector
The Emerging Gabon Strategic Plan has been a strong driver of diversification for the economy. The share
of the non-oil GDP in total nominal GDP increased from 67% in 2011 to 74% in 2014. Overall growth
remained high in 2014 despite the negative growth of the oil sector
