TLGY is supporting Verde through the closing of the Proposed Transaction from its deep bench of executives and execution team members. Our
advisor and an industry expert in plastics and biopolymers, Todd Rosin, has been engaged by Verde as a paid consultant to help with Asia business
development. The deal execution team has been working with the Verde team in many aspects of the Proposed Transaction preparation.
