Executive Summary Improving Financial Health Social - Supplier Code of Conduct Data Employees Supply Chain Environment Governance Policies & Data tables 51 Supplier responsibilities: Suppliers shall conduct their business activities in such a manner to advance social and environmental responsibility and business ethics in compliance with all Applicable Law. In furtherance of the foregoing suppliers shall: experian (i) not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where the Applicable Law of the country permits) or under the age for completing compulsory education, or under the minimum age of employment, whichever is greatest; (ii) not use forced labor or involuntary labor in any form (e.g. bonded, indentured, or involuntary prison labor), nor shall personnel be required to lodge papers or deposits; (iii) comply with all applicable local environmental, safety and health regulation.
