1. Subscription based customers with at least $100k in revenue on a trailing twelve month basis. A customer is defined as a pharmaceutical manufacturer, health system, etc. This cohort of customers represented 88% of our total revenue in Q4'22.
2. Net revenue retention rate is calculated by taking the TTM subscription-based revenue from our customers that had revenue in the prior TTM period and dividing that by the total subscription based revenue for the prior TTM period.
