While a research-oriented shared resource facility, we support both basic and
clinical research projects within the National Cancer Institute.
• Clinical trial support is a major component of our mission - not diagnostic
analysis for patient care, but high-level analysis of patient response to therapies.
• Recovery of the immune system following allogeneic bone marrow
transplantation, CAR-T and TCR based immunotherapies.

• High-dimensional immunophenotyping - up to high-20 and low-30 immune cell
markers.
• Identification of immune cell subsets in tumors, both circulating and solid.
• Some cancer cell analysis aimed at biochemical mechanisms.
Fluorescent protein and physiological marker analysis.
Cell sorting is a major focus of our group. When a research group analyzes a
cell sample, they will soon want to physically separate it for further analysis.
