How it works?
Biosynthesis can be used to produce
cannabinoids that are identical to those
produced by the plant itself.

Genome engineering of yeast: A
group of genes for cannabinoid
production are added to the yeast
genome of a yeast strain, where it
provides instructions to produce
cannabinoid compounds.
Yeast fermentation and purification:
New yeast strains are grown in
fermentation over a few days and
pure cannabinoids are extracted at
the end of the process.
