CASE STUDY 3: FORTUNE 20 CUSTOMER
We started working with a Fortune 20 company in 2019,
beginning with a two-week pilot focused on improving
order workflows and compliance. Within six months, 500
operational users generated $180M in operational value
across multiple use cases. The customer proceeded to
sign a multi-year deal to leverage our software in moving
their entire data infrastructure to the cloud, as well as
streamlining their technical infrastructure by identifying
and deprecating competing platforms. The customer is
one of the first we onboarded with our direct sales team.
While this initial deal is focused on infrastructure, we
are pursuing several additional use cases in other
functional areas.
