NON-GAAP FINANCIAL MEASURES We use contribution margin; gross profit, excluding stock-based compensation; gross margin, excluding stock-based compensation; sales and marketing expense, excluding stock-based compensation; and operating income (loss). excluding stock based compensation to help us evaluate our business, identify trends affecting our business, formulate business plans and financial projections, and make strategic decisions.
