Merchants earnings, Driver incentives, and Driver referrals in transactions in which the Driver is our customer. The impact of these COVID-19 response initiatives related payments for financial assistance and Driver reimbursement for their cost of purchasing
personal protective equipment are recorded as a reduction to revenue. To help our board, management, and investors assess the impact of these COVID-19 response initiatives on our results of operations, we are excluding the impact of these COVID-19
