Total Income as percent of UMS reached 9.2%. ● ● Sezzle achieved profitability in April, posting positive Net Income (a GAAP measure) of US$45.1 thousand from Net Loss of US$4.5 million in the prior comparable period, representing a positive US$4.6 million turnaround YoY. Adjusted EBTDA and Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP measures) for the month remained positive at US$0.9 million and US$2.1 million, respectively.
