APPENDIX Ben Lett Managing Director, New York Mergers & Acquisitions Mr. Lett has been a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions group since 1997 in a broad variety of M&A roles. He has had responsibility for supervising merger and acquisitions and related strategic advisory work in a number of different sectors including real estate, technology and oil and gas.
