Moller Maersk Group - Interim Report 02 2015 STATEMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MANAGEMENT AND The Board of Directors and the Management have today dis- cussed and approved the interim report of A.P. Møller-Mærsk A/S for the period 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2015. The interim consolidated financial statements of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group have been prepared in accordance with IAS 34 Interim Financial Reporting as adopted by the EU and Danish disclosure requirements for listed companies. In our opinion the interim consolidated financial statements (pages 27-41) give a true and fair view of the Group's assets, liabilities and financial position at 30 June 2015 and of the result of the Group's operations and cash flows for the period 1 January to 30 June 2015. Furthermore, in our opinion the Directors' report (pages 3-23) includes a fair review of the development in the Group's operations and financial conditions, the result for the period, cash flows and financial position as well as the most significant risks and uncertainty factors that the Group faces.
