Key Definitions
"Distributable Earnings": Distributable Earnings, a measure that is not prepared in accordance with GAAP, is a key indicator of the Company's ability to generate
sufficient income to pay its quarterly dividends and in determining the amount of such dividends, which is the primary focus of yield/income investors who comprise a
significant portion of the Company's investor base. Accordingly, the Company believes providing Distributable Earnings on a supplemental basis to its net income as
determined in accordance with GAAP is helpful to its stockholders in assessing the overall performance of the Company's business.
LEED: LEED is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. LEED certification provides independent verification of a building or neighborhood's green
features, allowing for the design, construction, operations and maintenance of resource-efficient, high-performing, healthy, cost-effective buildings.
