#10 Corrective Action Plan Visit (cont.) • If the LEA still has unresolved issues, the Director of the OFAC determines the next steps which may include: ✓ Provide additional technical assistance ✓ Contacting the appropriate program office for follow up ✔ Initiating an OFAC Investigation ✓ Suspending reimbursement of funds. • In accordance with federal requirements, LEAs have one year from the date of issuance of the report to correct findings of noncompliance with IDEA program requirements.
