Issuer of funding and MREL instruments Capital MREL/Funding ■ On April 2021, the Group completed the demerger of "Former" Alpha Bank S.A. by way of hive-down of the banking business to the newly incorporated "New" Alpha Bank S.A. Concurrently, the Group was renamed Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. ― - The demerger means that the ultimate parent company of Alpha Bank Group is now Alpha Bank Services and Holdings S.A.
