Beneficial Ownership Amendments Understanding

In light of the review conducted by the FATF, the Act is now being revised. The points in the following slides summarize very briefly how the current beneficial ownership regime will shift to create more obligations on companies, create sanctions that are proportionate, effective and dissuasive and create a new role for the COJ.
