During 2011 we carried out specific
communication activities in relation to the
following Stakeholders and topics:
• In AXTEL we have a Social Responsibility policy in the
Commercial Interaction with Competitors that establishes
respect to the existing regulation to generate competitive
market conditions, offering conditions of equal treatment
to the dealers.
• We communicate our Anti-Corruption and No Present
Policy among our suppliers and collaborators, to ensure
that negotiations are carried out within a frame of ethics
and accountability.
• We send a communication to all our suppliers and service
providers requesting compliance of the current legislation
in regards to labor matters, as well as ensuring their ability
to provide professional services respecting human rights
and current laws in our Country.
The Ethics Code has the specific guidelines regarding the
behavior of our collaborators at an internal level as well as
external from the company.
We have a Code of Trade Practices approved by
COFETEL (Federal Telecommunications Commission),
public document with the purpose of regulating AXTEL
relationships with its clients.
This instrument serves as a guideline for clients as well
as for AXTEL employees in regards to any clarification,
service definition, dispute or complaint related with
telecommunication services provision.
To promote dialogue with our Stakeholders, the Transparency
Mailbox has been formalized and is available in the Internet
web page 24 hours, 365 days a year, through email and a free
telephone line (1-800-087-0909).
