police land receipts and
recoveries of overpayments.
The Receipts from 'Toll on
Provincial Roads and
Bridges' are the major
sources of income in this
category. Levy of toll on 13
new roads has already been
approved by the
Government since FY2019-
20.
These
Receipts
pertain to different
social
services like
Health
and
Education etc. The
Budget Estimate for
FY 2020-21 has been
set at PKR 4.036 billion
For Miscellaneous Receipts, the Budgetary Estimates for FY 2020-21 have been pitched at PKR 69.494 billion. Under Article 161 of the
Constitution and the NFC Award, Straight Transfers to the Provinces include Net Proceeds of the Federal Excise Duty on Natural Gas, Net
Proceeds of Royalty on Crude Oil and Natural Gas assigned to the Provinces under the Constitution. The table below compares Straight

Federal Grants
The PSDP grant are merely a pass-through item as far as Provincial budget is
concerned as the same are passed on to different executing agencies for
implementation of Federal Development Projects for which these Development grants
are received from the Federal Government.
