Environmental Stewardship We are committed to integrating sound environmental practices into our business to conserve natural resources and reduce our environmental footprint. Located on six and a half acres, RLI's 1.8-megawatt solar field produces annual electrical power equal to or exceeding the Company's annual electrical needs for its Corporate headquarters campus in Peoria, Illinois, which houses approximately 43 percent of our total workforce. Governance Our Board of Directors adheres to best practices in corporate governance to fulfill its responsibilities to shareholders and oversee management and the company's business results.
