CPN CPNREIT and CPNCG Operational performance On December 1, 2017, CPNRF was converted into CPNREIT, which also leased additional assets in Central Festival Pattaya Beach and Hilton Pattaya. At the end of 4Q17, CPNREIT has five retail properties and two office towers in its portfolio, with CPN REIT Management Co., Ltd., as the REIT manager and CPN as the property manager. CPNCG was established in September 2012 and currently owns one office with SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. as the fund manager and CPN as the property manager.
