The ICRC Act, 2005 is the PRIMARY legislation guiding PPPs in Nigeria. Its jurisdiction
covers PPPs executed by the Federal Government. Some key provisions are:
MDAs may enter into contracts or grant concessions to private party for the
financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of any Federal Government
infrastructure that is financially viable, Section 1(1)
