Also 773 suppliers were trained. In order to encourage identification and resolution of integrity-related matters and other highly relevant risks, Walmex has established global escalation and investigation procedures to identify specific categories of cases or events that must be reported to the Global Ethics Office in Bentonville. In addition a global Hot line has been operating for some years now, making sure that every Walmex associate is able to report any integrity-related issue.
