and Section 25 Liabilities outstanding as of June 30, 2018
was $7.8 billion
The Comptroller's estimate of the backlog as of
September 30, 2019 was approximately $6.4 billion¹
The State is authorized to issue up to $1.2 billion of
additional Section 7.6 General Obligation bonds to pay
backlogged bills
