used Al in at least one area of business; this figure has increased by 6% since 2020. What continues to hold
back the adoption of AI? What is the ratio of real cases to bubbles? Which areas already have Al maturity,
and in which areas should artificial intelligence not be applied even if the technology is perfect? How is artificial
