Planning, Development and Supervision of New,
Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation
Infrastructure (Refinancing and Financing)
Construction of new and renewable energy infrastructure,
with a focus on areas outside current electricity coverage.
The project aims to improve the electrification ratio in off-
grid areas across the country. Power generation is sourced
from solar, mini hydro, and micro hydro power plants*.
Locations spread across 19 provinces in 2017 (Refinancing)
and the 2019 development of such infrastructure are spread
across all provinces (Financing)
Construction of Flood Control Facilities (Financing)
Construction of retention ponds/polders, flood canals, dikes,
checkdam, and river maintenance and normalization. It aims
to reduce the risk of flooding due to increased rainfall
intensity and land use changes.
Locations: West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, North
Sumatera, West Sumatera, South Sulawesi, Maluku, Bali

System (Refinancing)
Improvement of basic waste management infrastructure
services through the development of city, regional and
