Chronology of the Sierra Leone NRDS Launching of the NRDS Participating Partners for the launching were The National Rice Development Strategy was launched on the 4th and 5th March 2010 with over 60 participants drawn from sectors of the rice value chain. ➤ Participating partners include researchers, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Security (MAFFS), Line ministries, Private sector, Input suppliers, Farmers organizations, Intermediaries, etc. 2 Mid-Year Stakeholder meeting ➤ The mid-year stakeholders meeting has been scheduled for July 2010.
