During this time we addressed a series of priority topics such as moral harassment, practices for building a more honest and healthy workplace and conflicts of interest. The event came to a conclusion with a lecture by professor Mario Sergio Cortella. INTEGRITY AMBASSADORS GRI 2-25 In 2022, we restructured the bimonthly training meetings of our integrity ambassadors, company volunteers who and handpicked to assist the dissemination of an integrity culture among colleagues, contractors and other agents. All in all, we have 14 ambassadors and this year we allocated 10 hours of training to those participating in this initiative. With the group, we have the opportunity to assess feedback from our employees regarding their level of trust in our Ethics Channel and discuss continuous improvement actions for the Integrity Program.
