Kentucky Groundwater Data Repository (Established in 1990 by KRS 151.035) Over 92,000 water well records • Major sources: DOW, USGS (NWIS), EPA (Storet), KGS, NURE Approximately 5,100 spring records Currently about 60,000 suites of water-quality analyses with millions of individual records Online mapping services to display data on various base maps and other geological data Before proceeding further about the Network, the Kentucky Groundwater Data Repository (another mandated program connected with the Network) was introduced, which is the interface for obtaining Network data.
